Udhampur, Apr 21: A Zonal level Inter School Tournament for Boys U/14 Yrs in the discipline of Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and Volley Ball, was organized by the department of Youth Services & Sports here at Mini Stadium Udhampur. Zonal Physical Education Officer, Udhampur Santosh Kumari was the chief guest she declared the tournament open on the occasion. As many As About 170 Boys drawn from 17 different government as well as private educational institutions of zone Udhampur are participated in the tournament.
In Kabaddi U-14 years Boys category Army Public School Udhampur, winner while Bhartiya Vidya Mandir High School runner up.
Similarly, In Kho- Kho U-14 Boys, Government High School Battal Ballian winner up whereas City High School runner up.
Moreover, In Volley Ball U-14 years Boys Category, Army Public School winner up while High School Malhar runner up.
Among others, Officials of Youth Services and Sports Departments Udhampur besides large number of participants were present on the occasion. |
