OBCs castigate BJP leaders statement over NCBC commission
8/13/2018 10:16:29 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 13; Other Backward Classes (OBC) organizations have castigated the statement of BJP M.P Jugal Kishore Sharma over the NCBC Commission.
They termed the statement as worthless in J&K State where BJP supported Govt. passed two bills; one for Pahari's with 3% reservation and the other for un-reserved categories (upper castes) with 6% reservation.
They alleged that Prime Minister had promised to implement mandal report in the state during 2014 Lok Sabha elections but forgot after becoming P.M. of the country.
"For what achievement the Jugal Kishore Sharma is boasting without any benefits to the state other social castes (OSCs) in J&K State. BJP supported Govt. could not enhance even the limit of income slab which is in still stand state for the past so many years inspite of the enhancement done by the centre Govt. Every time OBC Hostels foundations stores are layed without OBC Hostels till date. BJP's slogan Sabka-Sath Sabka Vikas was rejected by Dr. Jatinder Singh with the remarks that this slogan is not for J&K state", they alleged.
They further said nothing could be achieved by the BJP supported government except the loot of the constitutional rights of the state poor people and the efforts to form a new government with BJP as a partner would never be acceptable by the state backward classes.
Those who shared their views were Hm Sandokh Chand, Sardar Gurmeet Singh, Principal Darshan Lal, Ram Din, Abdul Rashi (Foji), Master Sai Dass and M.R. Bangotra (Rtd. CEO).
