Jammu, Aug 23 : The DCC today held a meeting of all the Block Congress Presidents of the district Urban Jammu, presided over by Vikram Malhotra President DCC. The main agenda of the meeting was Municipal Corporation Elections, 20189. All the Block Presidents assured the gathering that this time party's prospects stands best than the previous Municipal Corporation of 2005. The organization has become more strong at the grass root level and the public perception regarding the party stand very clear and acceptable with regards to the development and unity of the country. As already, especially Jammu has suffered a lot on such account under the regime of previous PDP-BJP coalition Govt. All the Block Presidents assured that they are doing their level best to woo the voters of their respective areas on the basis of the contribution of the Congress party. Prominent among those attended the meeting includes BB.Gupta, Dr. Rama Kant Khajuria, Madan Lal Malagar, Vijay Singh Chib, Som Dutt Sharma, J.L.
