Early Times Report

JAMMU, Aug 24: The old and helpless parents of Gouri Dhar, who got separated from her husband due to a troubled relationship, are running from pillar to post demanding justice for their daughter and 3 years old grandson.
The victim Gouri Dhar, wife of Vishal Dhar, and daughter of Rajan Sharma, after long suffering of 15 years moved out from her matrimonial home to her sister's residence in New Delhi along with her 3 years old son in December 2017, in order to protect her and her son's life.
In June 2018 Vishal Dhar, son of Satish Dhar, of Gurha Bakshi Nagar, along with his associates kidnapped the 3 years old child of Gouri from Vikaspuri, New Delhi. An FIR was lodged for the same and arrest was also made. After knocking every door seeking justice and help for his daughter Gouri, the fathe Rajan Sharma has now made a fervent appeal to the newly appointed Governor Satya Pal Malik to direct authorities to hand over the 3years old child to his mother as law itself states, "As the mother is the preferred custodial parent when the child is less than five years old in case of husband-wife's seperation."
He said, "I am requesting anyone and everyone who can help me to get back the piece of my heart which was ripped away."
Parents of Gouri Dhar have also alleged that Vishal Dhar's family has tried to tarnish the image of the family by putting posters of family members of Gouri Dhar implicating them to be rapists and child thief. Family of Gouri Dhar also alleged that Vishal has wrongly accused the husband of their elder daughter as rapist and molester alleging that he had molested 11 years old daughter of Vishal Dhar.
