| AJKLTF collects donation for Kerala flood victims | | |  Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Aug 25: All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) Ramban unit collected donations for Kerala flood victims from different schools of zone Ramban, here today.
Expressing deep concern over the flood situation in Kerala, AJKLTF district president Pawan Kumar said that we all are with Kerala in this time of natural disaster adding that Kerala has been hit by one of the worst floods effecting hundreds of villages causing extensive damage to thousands of people lives, livestock, water supply, livelihood, telecommunications and road accessibility hampering relief and rescue operations.
He said that there is an urgent need to help our fellow citizens of this worst effected state at this hour of distress and agony and we should without any caste, creed and religion come forward and help these families with much needed relief.
Later the member of federation also organized special prayer in which they pray to the almighty for courage to the rescuers and patience and faith to an anguished people. |
