AIBCU seeks Governor's intervention for justice
9/17/2018 8:12:49 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 17: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) urged upon Governor Satya Pal Malik for justice with the community.
According to press release a meeting of AIBCU held a meet at Battal (Majalta, Udhampur) under the Chairmanship Ex-Sarpanch Prem Nath and discussed the attitude of all the Political Parties in J&K in General which have become the fast friends in the loot of Constitutional rights of the State OBCs (Called OSCs) and BJP is particular which under the aegis of Prime Minister Modi looted the rights of the State OSCs inspite of made promises to implement Mandal Report in J&K State but instead passed two bills in March 2018 Assembly one for Paharis 3 percent to the other to the upper castes 6 percent where enjoying 82 percent of the job share in J&K.
BJP on the name of National Commission for Backward Classes is doing false propaganda through Rashpal Verma the ex-vice chairman of the State OBC- Advisory Board & who wants to go ahead on the dead bodies of the State OSCs.
All the speakers concluded that no political party is in favour of the OBCs, SCs and STs and also have not enhance the creamy layer from 4.5 Lac to 8 Lac and have also not implemented reservation in promotion; a deliberate act by the state rulers. It was stated that people had expected justice from Satya Pal Malik, the Governor of the state, but results are not visible.
All the speakers and participants were of the view to shun all the Political Parties and to create a scenario to defeat our opponents (Pol. Parties) in General by making new permutations & combinations and BJP in particular which have crossed all limits of telling lies to the people on the name of false promises.
Those who shared their views were Sat Pal, Sardar Gurmeet Singh, M.R. Bangotra, General Secretary with the constitution of JKRCEA team with Ex-Sarpanch Prem Nath as President, Santu Ram, Joginder Kumar and Subash Chander as members.
