KATRA, Sept 25: With a sole motive to serve the people of holy town of Katra, the Congress candidate for the elections to Municipal Committee Katra, Kushal Magotra filed his nomination paper for Ward No 5 in the office of concerned Returning Officer here today at Government Higher Secondary School.
Accompanied by hundreds of supporters amidst chanting of slogans in his favour and in favour of the Congress, the official candidate of the party for Ward No 5 Katra, Kushal Magotra reached the venue and filed his nomination.
After filing the nomination papers, Magotra while addressing his supporters, ensured them that he will work tirelessly for the welfare of the locality and his ward. He said the overwhelming support from all walks of people has encouraged him so much that he has become more committed to fulfill his job. He said that serving people would be his main agenda and nothing can budge him from that. He maintained that honesty would be his motto and he will never tolerate any kind of wrong doings in the local body of Katra. |
