| ICDS organizes Slogan Writing, Quiz Competition | | | | Jammu, Sept 25: Under Poshan Abhiyaan, ICDS project Migrant conducted a Slogan Writing and Quiz Competition at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Jagti, Jammu with students of the school, where adolescent boys and girls of the school participated with enthusiasm. A massive rally of AWWs/AWHs and supervisor were also move in the whole Jagti town in order to promote good nutrition in every noose ho\d under Poshan Abhiyaan. Plantation drive conducted by COPO Migrant, Jammu in coord nation with Principal GHSS, Jagti in the school premises and other anas/parks of Jagti town which is also one of the theme of Poshan Abhiyaan-"Swachchta and Greenery" .Also AWW/AWS of the migrant project displayed nutrition items with nutritive value to the students of the school and aware them to consume diet which is rich in nutrients. The basic motto of this camp is to reach every nook and corner of the society in order to aware the consequences of malnutrition which impacts the mortality rate, morbidity rate, low immunity towards diseases etc. |
