11 Munsiffs promoted as Sub-Judges
Supertime Scale to one; Selection time to Two

Srinagar, Oct 16: A Full Court meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice Gitta Mittal in which 11 Civil Judges (Junior Division)/ Munsiffs have been promoted as Civil Judges (Senior Division)/Sub-Judges on ad-hoc basis.
Full Court also granted Supertime Scale to one Senior Sessions Judge and Selection Time Scale to Two Sessions Judge.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Sanjay Dhar that Sanjeev Gupta, District & Sessions Judge (Selection Time Scale) presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua is placed in the Super Time Scale (Rs. 70290-1540-76450) of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service w.e.f. 01.12.2017 against the vacancy caused on 30.11.2017 owing to superannuation of Justice Rashid Ali Dar as District & Sessions Judge (Super Time Scale).
In another order , Ashok Kumar presented posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Shopian and Sikender Azam (District Judges Entry Level Grade) presently posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge, are placed in the Selection Time Scale (Rs.57700-1230-58930-1380-67210-1540-70290) of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service w.e.f. 01.12.2017 and 01.08.2018 respectively. Their placement in Selection Grade shall, however, be subject to the outcome of the representation of Tahir Khurshid Raina, District Judge.
In another order 11 Civil Judges (Junior Division)/ Munsiffs are promoted as Civil Judges (Senior Division)/Sub-Judges on ad-hoc basis They include Mansoor Ahmad Lone presently posted as Munsiff Ganderbal, Archana Charak presently posted as Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate,(13th F.C) R S Pura, Abdul Qayoom Mir presently posted as Munsiff Kupwara, Ramesh Lal presently posted as Munsiff Aishmuqam, Manzoor Ahmad Zargar presently posted as Munsiff Pulwama, Manzoor Ahmad Khan presently posted as Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate,(13th F.C) Thanamandi, Parvin Pandoh presently posted as Munsiff Katra, Faizan ul Haq Iqbal presently posted as 2nd Addl. Munsiff Srinagar, Noor Mohd. Mir presently posted as Munsiff Handwara, Swati Gupta presently posted as Sub-Registrar Jammu and Rafia Hassan presently posted as Munsiff Dooru.
