| vHarman dance institute organizes workshop on dance | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 16: Harman dance institute in collaboration with Samooh Theatre today organised a one day children dance work shop in the shape of charity show here at Community Hall, migrant camp Purkhoo Jammu. During this workshop, the children's from the various age groups belong to down trodden and oppressed were provided a dance training by the reputed instructors of the Harman institute. About 40 children got training in all aspects of dance and after took classes the trainee children also gave their scintillating performances with great zeal, passion and enthusiasm in the shape of output of the workshop conducted by the institution. The choreographers Karan, Umesh and Akhshay imparted training to the children and equipped them with the new and modern techniques of modern and contemporary Dance art of the world. Tajinder Singh, M. D. Harman dance institute and Gurvinder Kour, State secretary of Dance sports council of J&K remained present during the said event. Daya Krisha Pandita, president Migrant camp felicitated to Tejinder Singh and Gurvinder Kour and also presented vote of thanks for organising a innovative and first kind of its workshop here for the children of camp. |
