Bawa Kailakh Dev Mandir organized Shastra pujan

JAMMU, Oct 18: Bawa Kailakh Dev Mandir Prabandhak committee organized Shastra pujan programme on the auspicious Vijaya Dashami at mandir premises in collaboration with Dharam Jagran Samanvay Vibhagh. Large number of prominent people and youth of the area participated in the function.
Bawa Kailakh Dev Mandir Prabhandhak committee in collaboration with Dharam Jagran Samanvay Vibhag organized Shastra pujan at mandir premises on Thursday.
Committee members, prominent local people and youth paid floral offerings amid chanting of vedic mantras.
While addressing the gathering, Shakti Dutt Sharma, gen. secretary of the committee and VHP state vice president reiterated that shastra pujan is being organized to uproot the social evils from the society and this day is being celebrated all over the country as victory of truth over evils. Country is also facing threat from external and internal level and people have to remain vigilant.
Ram Pal Seth, president Bawa Kailakh Dev Mandir Committee asked the people to take pledge on this day to fight with social evils with unity. Evil of drugs is engulfing our young generation and time has come to uproot this social evil with weapon of unity and togetherness. On this occasion former Sarpanch Bhupinder Singh also addressed the gathering. Former VC-JAKFED Munish Sharma, Janak Singh Rakwal, Adarsh Bhagat, Ram Pal Seth, Sahil Seth, Rajat Soodan, Sumit Sharma, Randeep Seth, Joginder Seth, Sunil Dutt Raka and other prominent people of the area were present on this occasion.
