3700 bottles of banned drugs seized, two interstate narco smugglers arrested 10/20/2018 10:15:54 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 20: Border division of Kathua Police in a joint operation with Police Component Jammu today in decisive action busted interstate drug racket, seized 3700 bottles of Codeine Phosphate under brand name Maxcoff-T. Acting on a specific information joint team of Police Station Hiranagar and Police component Jammu established checkpoint at National Highway near Londi Morh Hiranagar. "During checking Police team seized a truck bearing registration number JK18-0065 and recovered 31 boxes containing 3700 bottles in total of banned drug CODEINE PHOSPHATE under brand name MAXCOFF - T in illegal possession of two narco smugglers namely Showket Ali of Talore Samba and Ather Din of Rakh Sarkar Plai Hiranagar. Both the accused were transporting these bottles from Delhi to Kashmir.
