POONCH, Oct 20: Inhabitants of border district Poonch especially transporters and drivers have urged upon the Governor Satya Pal Malik and Transport Department Jammu and Kashmir to provide a separate Assistant Regional Transport Officer for Poonch. According to many drivers and others, drivers are facing troubles due to continue absence of incharge ARTO who has already two charges including CDPO and crossing incharge of Rahe Millan Bus service. Locals have expressed their anguish over carelessness of transport department and demanded to provide of separate ARTO for Poonch. |
