Poonch people accuse I&FC Deptt of inaction 10/23/2018 10:17:58 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 23: Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC) department has totally failed in Poonch district. According to the sources, nothing has changed in the district since 2014 floods. The people of Sathra have accused the department of inaction.
