Training programme for officers of CCBL inaugurated

JAMMU, Oct 23: The Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd (CCBL), Jammu tied up with State Bank Institute of Learning and Development (SBILD), Jammu for imparting training to its employees to upgrade their skills and enhancement of operational efficiency. The Management of the Bank felt the need for such trainings to update the staff members to compete in this environment of competition. First such programme named as "Jagriti" was inaugurated by Parveen Sharma, Chairman CCBL Jammu in presence of Ravi Gupta, Director SBILD Jammu and Ashok Goswamy, Managing Director of the Bank along with Sanjeev Kumar, Manager (Statistical) and Rajesh Tandon, Manager (Resource Person). Parveen Sharma in his inaugural address welcomed the employees of the Bank to the programme which is designed by SBILD. He highlighted the role of employees and need of human resource development in the present era of competition and awareness. He appreciated the role of Ravi Gupta, Director, SBILD along with Archana Kachroo, Chief Manager, SBILD and their team for the efforts put in to design a customized programme for the CCBL and expressed gratitude to SBILD for organizing the programe.
