DPS Udhampur brings laurel to school

Udhampur, Oct 23: Students of Delhi Public School, Udhampur brought Laurel to the School by emerging as winners in Roller Ball Skating Competition held.
The Event was organised by District Roller Ball Association, Udhampur.
This was the second Roller Ball Skating Competition in which various Schools participated.
All the schools participated with great zeal and zest. It was a neck to neck competition between all the teams.
The teams that finally made to the finals were DPS,Udhampur and KC Gurukul and after a very tough fight, hard work, dedication and team spirit it was DPS,Udhampur that emerged as a winner. Undoubtedly it was a treat to watch the players playing.
SSP Udhampur Rayees Mohammad Bhat (IPS) decorated the winners with Medals. Dr. J.C Gupta.
Pro Vice Chairman, DPS Udhampur appreciated the efforts of all the coaches of the school for training the students. He further added winning and losing is the part of the competition but the most important thing in any sports competition is team spirit, endurance and tolerance.
The Principal Dr-Kunal Anand wished all the participants best of luck for their future competitions.
