Jammu, Nov 22: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu is organising a mega 1st HR conclave on 23rd and24th November 2018 at IIM Jammu Campus.
The theme of the Conclave is "Disruptions and Innovations in HR". Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu said that HR Conclave is the first mega event of IIM Jammu. We are aiming to position IIM Jammu as one of the finest business schools in India and in the world.
Prof. Rajat Sharma, Conclave Convenor said that the Conclave aims to provide a platform where various industry experts and academicians can come together to collaborate and exchange ideas so as to recognize the strategies that can be adopted to shape the future of Human Resources.
The Conclave will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Parvez Ahmed, Chairman and CEO of the J&K Bank.
Kamal Nath, CEO of Sify Technologies and Ms. Jaya Goyal, Chairperson, Women Entrepreneur Cell, Pam's Noble Venture will grace the event as the Guests of Honor. The conclave will be presided by Prof. B.S. Sahay.
The HR Conclave will witness HR Directors and Heads professionals from about 45 organizations of national and international repute, like Amazon, Maruti Suzuki, Jindal Steel& Power, Moody's, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, Tata Steel, Fujitsu, L&T, Cipla, Siemens, IBM, Wipro, L&T, Reliance, Samsung, Godrej, Schneider Electric, Kurl-on, Bharat Forge, Airtel Payments Bank, Gilat, Cipla, RBI, Nykaa.com etc. The event will be organized in six power-packed panel discussions, with each panel aiming to uncover in-depth insights shared from the rich experience of the panelists, on the challenges and opportunities arising out of the technological disruptions and innovations in the Human Resources area.
