| CEO Rajouri attaches two teachers for violation of MCC | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Nov 22: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Rajouri has attached two government teachers at other places till pending inquiry against them for violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) during ensuing Panchayat elections.
The complaints were made by the local people against the erring teachers for their involvement in motivating the people to vote in favour of their relatives for the posts of panchyats.
The elections for 40 Panchayats in two blocks namely Rajouri and Dhangri in Rajouri district will be held during third phase on Friday
Public of village Dhanore Jaralan under Rajouri education zone through Afftab Majid r/o village Dhanore approached the Chief Education Office against Mohd Jameel, Master for violation of MCC in favour of his relative.
"Keeping in view the complaints Mohd Jameel, Master posted in Middle School at Sohana has been attached in my office with immediate effect and till pending inquiry," said CEO.
Similarly, Ch Lal Hussain, CEO vide his office order dated 20/11/2018 has also attached Mohd Aslam teacher posted in Primary School at Chajja ( under Piri education zone) for violation of MCC during ensuing Panchyat elections in the district.
The said teacher has been relieved from the primary school and was attached at Higher Secondary School at village Planger under Thanamandi education zone till pending inquiry. |
