| Government Polytechnic organizes programme under CDTP, PWD schemes | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 30: A function was organized in JKS ITI at village Jindher Mehlu, R.S Pura, Jammu, an Extension Centre under Community Development through Polytechnics (CDTP) and Person with Disability (PWD) Scheme in which large number of students and local public participated.
The chief guest on the occasion was Er. Arun Bangotra Principal/Chief Co-ordinator CDTP and PWD Scheme of Government Polytechnic Jammu, who while speaking on the occasion aware the local students and public about the benefits of the various skill oriented courses and stress upon the students to take maximum benefit of these scheme to earn their livelihood.
Certificates and Tool kits were distributed among the pass out students who completed their training of 3 to 6 months duration in various skill oriented courses under CDTP and PWD Scheme at extension center JKSITI Jinder Melu R.S.Pura.
In the awareness camp on "Skill Development and Training" Er. Rajesh Gupta Internal coordinator CDTP and Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma Project coordinator PWD scheme of Government polytechnic Jammu highlighted the CDTP and PWD scheme and told about the various technical courses conducted by the institute. During the camp as a part of Technical Services to the rural area, the technical team of the college repaired the electrical gadgets like Blowers, Heaters, inverters etc of the general public. |
