| SCWF Katra felicitates newly elected body of KMC | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 1: Senior Citizen's Welfare Forum Katra facilitated newly elected body of Katra Municipality in simple and impressive function organized in the holy town. Vimal Indu (Shashi Gupta) President of Municipality Committee Katra was the chief guest besides Ajay Baru Vice President and other councilors were Guest of honour. Shiv Kumar Sharma, President of Senior Citizens Welfare Forum Katra who is also President J&K Wrestling Association and Kreeda Bharti (J&K) in his welcome address hailed whole the body of Municipality Committee Katra and requests them to achieve every milestone for shaping Katra as newone Swachh and Swasthya Town as our town is a gateway for pilgrims of lord Vaishno Mata Ji. Newly elected body of Municipal Committee Katra assured all the audience to full fill the dream of aspirants. Besides this forum also celebrated the birth day of five worthy members of forum namely Pt. Mukund Ram Sharma, Manzoor Hussain, Yash Paul Anand, Bishan Dass Sharma and Mohan Lal Sharma. Vivek Shekhar D.S.P Katra and Surinder Paul Singh S.H.O Katra also invited as Guest of Honour in colorful event. Shekhar, D.S.P in his address cantoned the younger youth not to be indulged in bad evils of society by requesting Senior Citizens to pay proper check to their wards. |
