JKTF calls on Dir School education

Jammu, Jan 11: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teacher Forum (JKTF) today called on Director School education and apprised her about their long pending demands.
The delegation was led by Ganesh Khajuria and they apprised Director about certain issues which included DPC of Class IV employees of Distt. Reasi, adjustments of promotee class IV to Junior Assistants and Salary issues of Head Teachers, Masters, RReTs working under erstwhile SSA and RMSA and now Smagrah Shiksha, DPC of of Teachers to Masters and Masters to Headmasters Selection grade in favour of under graduate teachers and grant of time bound promotion for those teachers, who have been transferred from one district to another on mutual/ reciprocal basis at the present Distt.
They also stressed on Director to issue the clear directions to the concerned CEO Reasi to provide opportunity to the highly qualified Class IV also to appear in the typing test for promotion as Junior Assistants and he also urged worthy DSEJ of early adjustments of Class IV promotee as Junior Assistants in Distt.Rajouri whose DPC was conducted in July 2018 as these incumbents are facing mental agony, humiliation and monetary loss as their counterparts of other Districts have already been adjusted.
Director SE assured the delegation that the work on salary issues of Masters and RReTs working under SSA and RMSA is going on fast track and most probably the formal order in this regard will be issued in shortest possible time. She further assured the deputation that process of updation of Seniority of different cadres is underway and will be uploaded for public domain in the website of DSEJ shortly. She also gave assurance that the other issues will be resolved in stipulated period of time.
