JK Montessorie School accords farewell to outgoing students

JAMMU, Feb 1: Students and staff of JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School bid an affectionate farewell to the outgoing batch of class 12th in a special function. he function started with the lightening of the lamp by Chief Guest Rakesh Gupta, Chairman Prof. Mohammad Ayuub, Managing Director Sanjeev Gupta, Director Academic Rajni Gupta, Principal Geeta Dixit special guest Dr Ekbal, Dr Ekagrchit and other dignitaries.
Despite cold weather, the event was full of warmth and good will gestures. The students of class 12th were dressed with elegant formal dresses on the occasion.
It was a well designed and organized party, showcasing talent and creativity of students. Students of Class XI entertained their departing seniors with beautifully choreographed Ladaki dance, Bollywood numbers foot tapping Bhangra along with solo songs, fun filled games and of course, the heart throbbing selection of Mr. and Mrs. JKMS.
After clearing few tough rounds based on talent question answer round and others. Jhanvi Gupta was crowned Miss JKMS 2018 and Akhilesh Gupta was declared Mr. JKMS 2018. Jhanvi and Rohini were awarded for discipline, Lakshay and Rajveer were awarded for 100% attendance whereas Akhilesh, Rohini and Akash were awarded for their best performance in academics. Students recalled their schooling at JKMS with deep fondness and expressed their gratitude to the management & teachers of the school for shaping them into good human beings.
Managing Director Sanjeev Gupta expressed his sense of pride in bidding adieu to the batch of well groomed and confident students to take up the challenges of the future awaiting them. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Student of class 12th who prayed to the almighty to shower the choicest blessing upon the outgoing class, so that they become assets of the society.
