Qazigund, Feb 10: In a shocking development, Jammu and Kashmir Police skipped the wreath laying ceremony for policemen killed in Jawahar Tunnel avalanche.

Two cops were rescued by locals with the help of teams of different security agencies on Friday morning. Bodies of slain cops and two prisoners were also recovered by rescue teams.
