No scope for bilateral talks
2/21/2019 11:04:15 PM
On one hand Imran Khan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, has renewed his offer for talks on the other hand Islamabad continues to resort to ceasefire violations on the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir. That is the reason for India to strongly reject Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan's response to its allegations of Islamabad's involvement in the Pulwama attack, saying disclaiming its link with militant attacks is an oft-repeated excuse by the neighbouring country.
In a statement, the Ministry of External Affairs said India was not surprised that Khan refused to acknowledge the attack on India's forces in Pulwama as an act of terrorism. It said the Prime Minister of Pakistan has neither chosen to condemn the heinous act nor condoled with the bereaved families. "Disclaiming any link between the terrorist attack and Pakistan is an oft-repeated excuse by Pakistan. The Pakistani Prime Minister has ignored claims made by the Jaish-e-Mohammad, as well as by the terrorist, who perpetrated this heinous crime," India has stated. If Pakistan Prime Minister was in favour of resolving the issues through talks why did it by resorting to ceasefire violations repeatedly.
"It is a well-known fact that Jaish-e-Mohammad and its leader Masood Azhar are based in Pakistan. These should be sufficient proof for Pakistan to take action," it claimed. In addition to this Syed Salahuddin, who heads United Jehad Council Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed, who head different terrorists organizations are given full freedom of speech an d movement. Hence Pakistan is to be blamed for exporting terror top Jammu and Kashmir. Besides this Imran Khan has defended Azhar Masood claiming that Azhar has no link with the terrorist attack on a CRPF convoy. Shah Mehmood Qureshi has written a letter to UN General Secretary telling him that India was getting ready to attack Pakistan. And Imran Khan too has challenged India to deal firmly with India in case it attempted at attacking "US"
On he other hand US, France and Russia were trying to declare by the UN Azhar Masood as a global terrorist. Once this is done Azhar Masood may not receive any freedom of speech or freedom of movement. This way Pakistan is trying to get isolated and Azhar Masood has in an audio has motivated youth in Kashmir to rise in revolt his brother's son was involved in the attack at Lethpora and his nephew has been killed and that is the reason for Azhar Masood has become violent and has been indulging in anti-India plans. What else Imran Khan has to receive as way of Masood's involvement in Lethpora attack.
