Reasi, Mar 21: Department of Information J&K in collaboration with Sangam Theatre Group Reasi presented Nuked Natak on 'Sustainable Reduction in Disaster Risk' at Bus Stand Reasi. Through Nukad Natak awareness campaign to aware general public about Sustainable Reduction in Disaster Risk, Natural disaster like Earthquake, Landslide, Floods, Forests and other geological disaster etc. A natural disaster can cause loss of life or property damage, and typically leaves some economic damage in its wake, the severity of which depends on the affected population's resilience, or ability to recover. Through nuked natak communicated the prevention of disaster like Strategy aimed to increase public awareness about existing disaster risks along with possible preparedness arrangements to cope with them. The Artist who performed in the Nuked were Akram Khan, Rohit Kumar, Pritam Kumar, Monika Kumari, Reshav Banathia, Rajat Sharma, Rajesh Ajnabi and Raja Aamir Khan, The nuked was directed prepared by Shadab Khan. This was achieved on one side through the active dissemination of information among the general public with a special focus on the knowledge about prevention and mitigation, Sustainable Reduction of disaster risks, and on the other side by providing support to the Partner implementing disaster risk communication initiatives and enhancement of the collaboration between media professionals and communication specialists of the national civil protection authorities. |
