EJAC demands hastening process of pensioners cases, SRO 22

Srinagar, Apr 7: Senior trade union leader, President EJAC Fayaz Ahmad Shabnam today urged the Accountant General Jammu and Kashmir to hasten the process regarding the disposition of cases of pensioners including the SRO 222. He further articulated the problems faced by employees, while receiving their pensions or other pension related cases. He expressed utter resentment with regard to handling of pension related cases and said that one has to face a lot of hardships even at this age.
Fayaz lso highlighted the amount of time taken to dispose those cases.
He urged accountant general to refer more man power to these cases so that the cases will be disposed swiftly. Further, EJAC has been demanding the swift of cases since long and are hopeful that now their requests will be considered.
He further urged the governor and chief secretary to personally look into the matter and take some serious steps in this regard so that the retired employees would not have to suffer.
