GDC Dharmari organizes prize distribution function

Reasi, Apr 22: The annual prize distribution and Farewell function was organized in the Government Degree College Dharmari (Reasi) with lot of enthusiasm and Gusto. Prof Sat Pal I/c Principal of the College was the chief Guest of Honour on the occasion and Prof. Ajay Kumar Assistant Prof. E.V.S presided over the function.
The program started with welcome song by the cultural group of the college.
Prof. Sat Pal highlighted the achievement of the staff, and the student of the college. He also focused on various initiatives and projects to be under taken in the coming year. Students presented a variety of colourful cultural programme on the occasion.
This colourful bonanza of cultural items enthralled the audience present in the college campus and everyone was all praise for them. The Gojari song highlighting the importance of education in the life of Nomads like Gujjars and Bakarwals was appreciated by all and sundry. The cultural group enthralled the audience beyond their expectations. Meanwhile students of B.A Sem 4th and 2nd gave a warm send off to the students of the 6th semester. The students expressed their thanks to the teachers by dedicating a song to them. Prof. Sat pal wished all the students for their future and said that in any phase of life, if any guidance or support is needed, the college will always be there for them.
