| Grant security to top employees' leaders: JCC | | |

Jammu, May 9: Coordination Committee of Trade Unions demand Security for it's State Heads in Jammu and Kashmir. They appealed and said security should be given to top employees leaders. Day to day Challenges of Employees leaders should be redressed, top employees leaders are more unsecured but till date no security sanctioned to these leaders. Governor administration should redress issues of employees' leaders whose representing state. Security application are pending in ADGP security office, give first priority to employees leaders as employees leaders running large section of employees across the State, here in Jammu Kashmir only Political representatives Getting security but on other side high-profile Employees leaders ignored. The Trade Union Act, 1926 is the important law related to Trade Unions in India. Industrial revolution during the 19th century brought massive changes in England and other western countries. There are radical changes in every process of manufacturing, the method of production, shipping, etc. revolution, due to the revolution, which resulted in changes in the social life. Due to the scientific and technology developments in the Industrial sector, there was a tremendous growth in every society that caused the emergence of two classes, namely the working class (wage earning class) and the Managerial Class (entrepreneur class). |
