PHE employees raise issue of regularization

Jammu, May 10: PHE Employees United Front expressed the views and sentiments of the thousands PHE Causal Workers who have been constantly struggling for their genuine and justified unresolved demands for the last two decades but all the state govt. both previous and present have absolutely failed to address the grievances of the poor PHE Workers those who have rendered more than 20-years service to the department but their services could not be regularized despite of assurances as given to the workers time to time.
It is further expressed that the earned wages for the last 55-months could not be disbursed to workers and PHE authority has failed also to arrange month wise wages for the workers also.
The workers were hoping that the Governor of J&K State will pay proper attention towards the demands of the workers but the delaying tactics policy likewise the successive governments is still continuing.
It is for your information that on 25th and 26th of March 2019 the PHE Employees and workers observed KAM CHHOR HARTAL in Jammu region and sensing the pressure of the struggling employees the State Govt. responded the leader ship of the employees positively and appointed the worthy Commissioner Secretary PHE I&FC Department for negotiation with the leadership of the employees and after negotiation the Commissioner / Secretary assured the employees to solve all the pending genuine issues shortly and in phase manner.
