RAJOURI, MAY 12: District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, Mohammad Aijaz Asad convened a meeting to review the functioning of District Hospital (GMC).
The DDC had a detailed review of availability of essential drugs, staff position, status of healthcare services being extended to the patients in the hospital. In order to ease the rush of patients and to facilitate them in getting hassle-free registration slips, DDC directed the Medical Superintendent to establish two new counters.
The DDC also took round of OPD, IPD and casualty blocks and inspected the facilities. He interacted with the patients, doctors and paramedics and took stock of the status of healthcare services in the hospital. He asked the hospital management to ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the hospital.
