| Regional Outreach Bureau organizes special yoga camp for ladies | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 19: Regional Outreach Bureau J&K Region is organising a series of pre-publicity programmes for mass awareness of forthcoming International Yoga Day 2019 in almost all the districts of Jammu division and Ladakh division. In this series, a programme was organised in the premises of Ram Mandir Shastri Nagar Jammu. The programme was attended by a large number of ladies.
A special yoga session showcasing different body postures and asanas were demonstrated during the programme in which special asanas which have direct health benefit were performed. Many ladies also spoke on the occasion and share how they feel benefit after doing Yoga. In the concluding lecture Sh. Vijay Soni Secretary, spoke about the importance of yoga in our daily lives. He stressed upon the need of making people habitual for yoga so that they can avoid lots of lifestyle related diseases. He further shared his experience for spread of yoga in our society. At the conclusion an impressive prize distribution session was organised in which yog shidhaks were honoured. The vote of thanks was presented by Ram Lal, Incharge of the programme.
He also urged people to participate in large gatherings for the celebrations of forthcoming International Yoga Day 2019. |
