| Sandhya hails Govt decision to evaluate officials' performance | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 8: Sandhya Gupta, founder of Women Club' Meri Pehchaan ' hailed the decision of government of assessment of government officials. She said that she completely supports this decision of as it is absolutely fair to the people working in private sectors, who are regularly evaluated and paid much less as compared to govt officials. The unprofessional attitude of people working in govt sector and poor facilities in a govt school is resulting in incompetence of children studying in these schools as compared to children studying in private school. The govt should regularly evaluate the performance of people working in govt hospitals as well, unprofessional attitude of the doctors and nurses is becoming a habit in today's time. Corruption also is a major role in incompetence and lazy attitude of the govt officials. The private sector employees are regularly evaluated on the basis of their performance and attendance, so its very positive step taken by the central government to regularly assess the workmanship of the govt officials. This step taken by the central govt will create awareness in public, as the salaries paid these govt officials are the taxes paid to the govt. This step can also provide employment to the capable candidates who are unemployed, these candidates can replace the corrupted govt officials. |
