Jammu, July 8: Mohan Lal Kaith, SSP Traffic Rural Jammu today visited Dogra Law college at Bari Brahamana District Samba in connection with Traffic awareness programme. Total 250/300 persons from different walks of life participated. President Matador Union while speaking Suram Singh demanded Matador Stand at Bari Brahamana. Shri Vijay Singh Social Activist stress upon the changing of Flyover design which already has constructed. Other many participants also speak upon day todays Traffic related problem of Bari Brahamana. Mohan Lal Kaith, SSP Traffic Rural Jammu while listening the problems of participants patiently and assure them for redressal of their Traffic related problems. He also gave a brief resume regarding enforcement of traffic rules and safety of passengers. In his statements Total violators booked w.e.f 01-01-2019 to 07-07-2019 are 96549 and fine realized from these violators is Rs.1,20,71,100. He also narrated that in the year 2018 total 372 FIR Registered in Samba District regarding Motor Vehicle accidents which is no reduced upto 166. . Mohan Lal Kaith also provide 4 'E's formula to the participants which stands E, for Education (awareness about road safety) E, for Engineering (both of roads and vehicles), E, for Enforcement (effective and implementation of laws) and Fourth E, Stands for Emergency Care. He also briefed the participants that main cause of vehicular accidents is dilapidated road condition and rash and negligent driving as well as overloading. Traffic Police Rural Jammu has left no stone unturn to check all these Traffic related menace.
He also requested and advice the participants to cooperate with Traffic Police and obey Traffic Rules and Regulations by all means.
