| Kidnapped minor girl recovered, accused nabbed within 6 hours | | |

Reasi, July 20: Reasi police succeeded in recovering a minor girl (name withheld) within few hours of reporting.
On Saturday morning one person (name with held) resident of Zero Morh Reasi reported in the Police Station Reasi that her minor daughter is missing from his home since last evening.That he had searched everywhere but couldn't find her.
That he had a reasonable suspicion that one boy namely Rajesh Kumar son of Kamal Dev Sharma resident of Manwa bharwari Tridu, Teh kalakote distt rajouri used to call her frequently and used to harrass her. On this case FIR no. 144/19 u/s 363 RPC was registered and special teams were immediately constituted.Police team under the leadership of Insp Ashwani Sharma SHO Reasi alongwith S.I Purshotam Sharma immediately swung into action and by seeking technical inputs,the kidnapped Girl was recovered from Surankote area, Distt. Poonch with the help of Distt Police Poonch and the accused namely Rajesh Kumar son of Kamal dev Sharma resident of manwa bharwari Tridu Teh kalakote Distt Rajouri was also arrested.
The said operation was conducted with close coordination and support of Distt Police Poonch and under the supervision of Wasim Hamdani, Dysp Hqrs Reasi and Shiv Kumar Chauhan, Addl.S.P Reasi and under the overall command of Nisha Nathyal SSP Reasi. |
