Various political, social organizations hail scrapping of Art 370

JAMMU, Aug 5: Various political, social organizations hailed scrapping of Art 370 by Modi Government. Describing creation of Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) as two new Union Territories (UTs), Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) state executive member, Raman Suri today said that by scrapping Article 370 of Indian Constitution the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has rewritten history and ended all riders of this state for being an integral part of India. He said with this decision of creating two new UTs, BJP led coalition government has fulfilled it's promise made with the people of India and paid tributes to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee who laid down his life for seeing one nation, one flag, one constitution in India. He said that today a history has been made that has also ended discrimination or one-upmanship of one region over two others. Raman Suri said that with abrogation of Article 370 justice has been done with women whose state subjects used to be cancelled after marriage and Ladakh has been given its due share.
Duggar Pradesh Party strongly condemned BJP Government for not giving Jammu region as full-fledge statehood, as Duggar Pradesh and kept it again with Kashmir and described it a biggest betrayal with the Jammu people. Even in this decision, the miseries of Jammu people will increase in many. DPP observed that all the three regions of state are totally different in culturally, geographically, lingualy and having different political aspirations requires bifurcation into three, not two. Uday Chand, President, DPP said the people of Jammu will continue their struggle for statehood and state subject provisions as it is important for the protection of our culture, demography and various guarantees to the poor people as in some other states of the country especially in Himachal Pradesh and north east states.
All India Kashmiri Samaj hailed Govt of India for taking bold decisions on J&K and welcomes these decisions whole heartedly. From initial reports as appearing in the media, Govt of India has finally acted on Kashmir with unprecedented clarity and decisiveness, by taking bold decisions which will have wide- anging positive ramifications for the entire subcontinent. The changes being incorporated in the constitution of India, vis a vis the State of J&K, are unprecedented in scale and sweeping in their reach. These changes will remove uncertainty about the status of the state and of its future; these changes will, after 70 years of independence, redefine India's territorial sovereignity, as envisaged by our founding fathers; these changes will stop creating and feeding the separatist mindset of Kashmiri youth;

Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha Jammu and Kashmir Raj Tilak Bhawan Purani Mandi Jammu welcomed Historical Decision of Central Government in abrogation of Article 370, Article 35A of the Constitution, Scrapped special status of Jammu and Kashmir State and declared Jammu , Kashmir as Union Territory. The Action of the Central Government has been widely appreciated by the Community. This decision will definitely Pave way for the overall Growth and Development of Jammu and Kashmir, More Industries are likely to be established in Jammu , Kashmir, which will provide more opportunities of employment among the educated youth of Jammu & Kashmir in near future.

Revocation of article 370 in one stroke has given relief to many connecting problems, the masses of Jammu province as well as many people of Kashmir are today extremely happy and are celebrating this day as golden day in their life, revocation of article 370 and 35A will definitely bring a new Ray hope of development in the state we all believe that new business houses will establish their units which will give employment opportunities to the unemployed. Even high end professionals in healthcare care sector will also happily join the ill fated healthcare institution which are today at the verge of closure, the issues safai karamcharis also got settled M S Katoch the working President JPPF said it is a historic decision that Union government has considered demand of Ladakh and has given them UT status whereas Jammu and Kashmir a separate state under union Govt control.
ABVP Unit of Jammu University welcomed took out a celebration March from Baba Jitto Hostel to Flag Square Jammu University for celebrating the decision taken by Central Government to Scrap Article 370 and Article 35A. The protest was led ABVP State Secretary Deepak Gupta & Jammu University President Jammu University Ravail Parihar, Shyam Sharma University Vice President and others. While adressing the students Deepak Said that it was one of the major demand of ABVP to scrap Article 370 and 35A as they were challenging National Integration and giving way to anti India sentiments in J&K. Deepak said that Shaheed Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was the first Martyr of Independent India who laid down his life for the cause of Jammu and Kashmir and today the government has paid true tribute and homage to him. He said that it is a moment of joy for the females of Jammu and Kashmir who have been restored all their rights, this has enabled one nation one flag which was a taboo to be talked off in Jammu and Kashmir and today it is a reality.
