Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 8; Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) hails the historic decision of Govt of India where in controversial 370 article of the constitution has been scraped and state of J&K has been brought under the Ambit of India constitution. The success of historic achievement goes in the name of Narinder Modi Prime Minister of India and his home minister Amit Shah. This will be written in Golden letter in the history to come.
All the political parties and their representative took part in a very informative and healthy discussion in both the houses of parliament. The accession of JK signed by Maharaja of State was temporarily supported by Article 370 of constitution due to utter negligence of those politicians who were at the helm of affairs without calculating the after math effect of this article due to the peculiar position and population of state. It is worth to note that our parliamentarian who represent the J&K state also took part in debate on article 370. Jugal Kishore Sharma M.P Jammu Poonch constituency while speaking touched all the problems of different section of people living in J&K, but he completely ignored the displaced people of POKJ (1947) and Sikh community living in sate (both Jammu and Kashmir) as they have suffered a massacre of nearly 33000 souls in 1947 partition and they have been left unattended by successive Govts. But it is very surprising that a vote bank of nearly 2.5 lacs which went in favour of BJP candidate remained unattended.
