Kishtwar all set to celebrate 73rd Independence Day

Kishtwar, Aug 14: The communally sensitive Kishtwar District is all set to celebrate the 73rd Independence Day function, first after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35 A of the constitution.
As per the details available with Early Times, the preparation for tomorrow,s Independence Day function are going at its full with authorities giving final touch to the day program begin with unfurling of Tri Colour followed by the address of DC Kishtwar, march past and cultural program.
The authorities on this occasion will highlight the various developmental plans to be executed or under under execution in the District Kishtwar.
The unprecedented security arrangements has been put into place for the successful conduct of the Independence Day function to be held at new DC office complex Kishtwar.
Keeping in view of tomorrow's Independence Day function, the restrictions in Kishtwar District District remain in position and no shops were allowed to remain open sighting security reasons.
Meanwhile the sources told the Early Times that the the much demanded mobile calling services will be restored by tomorrow evening subjected to the peaceful conduct of the Independence Day function.
Some sources also told the Early Times that the communication has been sent to telecom companies allowing them to restore mobile calling services in twin Districts of Doda and Kishtwar by tomorrow evening.
