Jammu, Aug 14: Annual General Body meeting of Yongmudo Association J&K were held at Gandhi Nagar, Jammu under the Chairmanship of Dr. Amit Vaid Chairman of the Association.
The meeting was attended by Sukhbir Singh, President, Brijesh Bhau, General Secretary / Chief Technical Director, Amandeep Singh, Joint Secretary, Aruna Sharma, Treasurer, Sankalp Kamal President Yongmudo Association Kathua District, Aman Sharma, President Yongmudo Association Samba District, Gopal Sharma General Secretary Samba District, Vinay Bhat Yongmudo Association Ramban District. Gurcharan Singh, Yongmudo Association Poonch.
In the meeting Dr. Ravinder Gupta Famous Child Specialist were unanimously elected as Vice President of Yongmudo Association J&K. In this regards membership certificate of the association were also issued to Dr. Ravinder Gupta. In the Annual General Body meeting many important decisions were taken for the betterment of the association. The Chairman of the association called for more participation of younger generation in this sports activity and asked the youth to take up sports for self defence and to lead a healthy and disciplined life.
It was also decided to host National Yongmudo Championship in Jammu. In this regard, a team of association members will chalk out the strategy and to keep liaise with Indian Yongmudo Federation. |
