ABVP organizes seminar on Article-370

Jammu, Aug 28: Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad today organized a seminar under "Student Study Circle".
According to press release, Prof. Rajnikant (Director of Directiorate of Distance Education) was the Guest of Honor, while President of Bar Association of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Abhinav Sharma and Advocate and Chaiman of Ek Jut Jammu, Ankur Sharma were the resource persons.
Adv. Abhinav Sharma gave the detail information about the reason of abrogating of articles 35A and 370 in which he said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have attained independence two times i. e. One on 15th August 1947 and another on 5th August 2019.
"Both the articles were included through backdoor enteries by the few politicians of the Government of India as well as Govt of Jammu and Kashmir", he said.
Further Ankur Sharma advocated that both the articles were a curse for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Both are responsible for the poverty, development and education. They were a hindrance to maintain accountability by Central government on state government.
Prof. Rajnikant Sharma concluded that they were suffering from three generations due to these articles. There were more than 50 students and Scholars from different department were present in the program.
