Pak wants bilateral talks from threat of nuclear attack
9/1/2019 9:51:43 PM

One week earlier it was threat of war against India and that too dished out by Pakistan. Later their Foreign minister stated that Islamabad was prepared to accept bilateral talks. And the reason for this bilateral talks seem evident because When Pakistan raised objections against revocation of Article 370 and Article 35-A and roared against it and when no national supported Pakistan it opted for bilateral talks. And temporarily the dates for the Pakistan attacking India were fixed but when no nation has supported Pakistan's threat of war. But when the Indian leaders thretened to retaliate Pakistan adopted soft line and wanted bilateral talks. India's Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh has saids if talks were to be resumed it should be PoK related issues because India wishes to have PoK in in its part. This means that Pakistan's continuous emphasis on Kashmir issue seems to have boomranged on Pakistan.
But India is not ready for bilateral dialogue because its conditions have not been accepted by Pakistan. First of all India wanted Pakistan to stop export of terror and during the last one month scores of terrorists have been pushed into Kashmir. Besides this Pakistani troops are readying themselves for massive infiltration of militants into the Kutch region and from that they would travel to Kashmir for raising the level of violence. India was getting ready to fight sea war that Pakistan is ready to fight with submarines and other missiles. But Pakistan is a helpless nation it cannot stop from pushing groups of militants into Kashmir under the guise of ceasefire violations.
And when Pakistan felt that it was fighting a, only battle against revocation of Article 370 and Article 35-A it has no reason to opt for bilateral talks. When Pakistan found that the US, Russia and other super powers had rejected Pakistan's claim for fighting against revocation of Article 370 and Article 35-A because each nation had stated that revocation or restoration of Article 370 and 35-A was an internal matter of India. That is the reason for Pakistan to adopt defensive postures. From a threat of nuclear attack Pakistan has bowed down to secure bilateral talks. But India is not ready for talks because Pakistan continues to export terror to India particularly to Kashmir where militants pushed into the valley may raise the level of violence. This is the only condition posed by India to Pakistan And see Pakistan's mischief. During one of its ceasefire it targeted a school and most of the Children were evacuated safely.
