Workshop for Mahajan Sabhas of JK organized

Jammu, Sept 1: A one day workshop was organized for all the Mahajan Sabhas of J&K State under the guidance and supervision of Mahesh Gupta, Zone President of J&K in the premises of Press Club of Jammu on Sunday.
The workshop started with the three times recitation of Holy Gayatri Mantra followed by the lighting of the lamp. All the members paid rich floral tributes to Lala Hans Raj Mahajan, the founder of the Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha and Justice Mehar Chand Mahajan, a prominent stalwart of Mahajan community. Suneel Mahajan, General Secretary J&K Zone paid homage to all those members of the community who left for their heavenly abode during 2019 and rest all present observed two minutes silence.
Er Ravinder Kumar Gupta, Retd Chief Engineer, Sr Vice-President J&K Zone welcomed all the participating leaders of the Mahajan Sabha in his unique style and mesmerizing words and apprised them about the importance of the workshop.
CA Krishan P Gupta President Youth Wing J&K Zone, in his address stressed upon the need of the Yuva Mahajan Sabha to involve Youth of the community for the overall unity and development of the Mahajan Community.
Mahesh Gupta inaugurated the workshop and in his address, stressed on the establishing of Mahajan Sabha offices, Membership Enrolment, Maintenance of Membership record, Transparency in Accountability by transacting through banks, conduction of Election in time and holding regular meetings of the General Members. He pinpointed certain activities and projects to restore confidence and interest of the General Community Members. He initiated the idea of joint projects by the adjoining sabhas for the overall betterment of the community as well as general society.
Suman Kumar Gupta, Patron J&K Zone and Rajesh Gupta, Sr Vice-President (Project) presented their heartiest felicitation for the success of this one day workshop.
