9/1/2019 11:02:57 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 1: With the demise of Article 370, "West Pakistani Refugee" word exists no more. This was claimed by BJP National Vice-President & Prabhari for J&K, Avinash Rai Khanna, while he was addressing a massive gathering of West Pakistani Refugees, who conducted a grand programme in Bishnah to thank BJP government for the historic decision to abrogate Article 370.
Avinash Rai Khanna, while addressing the massive gathering, said that they have suffered a lot for so long period due to the non-human approach by the previous governments. The people were not able to claim for any welfare schemes, government jobs and other amenities. He claimed that only BJP took the issue at every possible front to give the people their deserved right.
Khanna, said that except J&K, no where there existed the term of "West Pakistani Refugees" and this was really dreadful for those lakhs of people who were true Nationalists. He said that even after suffering so much at the hands of administration and the governments the community remained on the front to serve the Nation and the Society and never resorted to anti-social methodology means and we salute the community for this.
Khanna, said that BJP led government undid the historical blunder of Article 370 to give the people their due rights. He said that now the community members are truly unified into the society and they will get every due right in Education, Government Jobs, Elected Representatives and other welfare schemes. And this all could be achieved due to the Modi government.
Ravinder Raina, in his address, said that he wishes to congratulate the whole community for minimum 1 Crore times. He remembered the days of agitation by the community and said that many lives have been lost while agitating for their rights. He said that generations lost cannot be returned but we can always make the better future.
Labha Ram Gandhi, while speaking on the occasion, said that we have achieved this feast after a long history of sacrifices and we also want to thank Avinash Rai Khanna for his positive role in acting as a perfect mediator for the historical decision.
