Katra, Sept 13: TEQIP-III sponsored one-week workshop on "AWS Cloud Technology" was conducted from 7th to 11th September 2019 at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra. The workshop is organized by the School of Electronics & Communication Engineering, SMVDU. The key objective of the workshop was to provide an exposure to the faculty members; research scholars and students in the field of Amazon Web Services to enhance their knowledge in the domain.
The primary aim of the workshop was to provide the hands-on practice on AWS with the help of Industry persons. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr. Sateesh Kumar, IIT Roorkee; Dr. Karan Verma, NIT Delhi; Dr. Rajiv Misra, IIT Patna; Abhinav Kumar, Percona, USA and Bhuvan, L&T Infocom, Mumbai for providing and arranging the hands-on practice for the participants. The workshop coordinators, Dr. Sachin Kumar Gupta and Dr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, expressed their gratitude to Padam Shri Prof. R K Sinha, Vice Chancellor, SMVDU, for motivation and support. |
