Jammu, Sept 20: Continuing the drive to provide better basic amenities to the people of Jammu city Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation today on 20/09/2019 toured in Talab Tillo, Vikas Lane, Puran Nagar areas of ward no.31 alongwith S. Sucha Singh, Councilor of the ward Vishu Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Rohit anand and other representatives of these areas. They put forth their issues of better sanitation, installation & rectification of street lights , lifting of stray dogs/animals, disilting of deep drains/nallahs flowing in their ward etc well before coming navratras officers of different wings of Jammu Municipal Corporation as well as residents in large number present during the extensive tour of the Mayor who in turn assured the residents that all their genuine issues will be resolved on war footing and also appeal to them to cooperate with the field staff of JMC in making Jammu neat, Clean & green under Swacch Bharat Mission & refrain from using polythene bags& single use plastic in their day to day life & make Jammu really a smart city. |
