JTC to celebrate Durga Ashtami, Maha Navmi at Jagti

Jammu, Sept 26: A Joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) J&K was held here today at Jagti Nagrota under the Chairmanship of S L Pandita. The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members. During the course of meeting various issues were discussed and arrangements to be made for smooth performance of Yagya on the occasion of Durga Ashtami and Maha Navmi for the peace and integrity of the Country were discussed. While addressing the participants Shadi Lal Pandita President Jagti Tenement Committee and soan Kashmir front has said that a Yagya shall be performed on the eve of Maha Navmi falling on 7th of October 2019.
The Hawan shall start on 6th of October Durga Ashtami at 7 P.M. with Pooja Archana and will culminate at 11:30 a.m. on 7th of October 2019 after which parsad shall be served to the devotees present on the occasion.
Pandita has made an appeal to the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant Community in particular and general masses in general to participate in this religious function to be held at Shiv Parvati Panch Mandir near Lane 14-15 Jagti Migrant Township on the said date to have blessings of Maa Durga. Pandita has said yet one Dharam Shalla and one Geeta Hall is intended to be constructed in this complex to facilitate the devotees and pilgrims. Pandita has also appealed the Government for extending possible financial help for achieving the goal of completion of construction work of this Mandir Complex.
