JAMMU, Sept 30: Culture, dance and singing competitions were held under the banner of Manoranjan Kala Kendra & Ridihima Sports Club at DRS School, Sarsa Dabad, Bishnah. Rajni, BDO Bishnah was the chief guest and Wing Commander Jonson & Lt Col Anny Jonson were the guests of honour.
