Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party expressed shock that the so called order for the release of detained persons has not been implemented in respect of the detained persons in Kashmir Province. The Working Committee urged the President of India who holds the power to Govern Administration to release all political persons, Legislators and Members of Parliament forthwith and restore the communication/transportation/internet in the state so that the BDC elections could be held according to the rule of law.
He said that the NPP Convention shall take a decision on 5th October, 2019 in the emergency convention on election matter. A committee of Jammu Province was also constituted by the Working Committee which shall manage the elections programme
