Kathua, Oct 3:The International Delhi Public School Kathua today celebrated Navratri with enthusiasm.
Students of class 6th performed Dandiya dance very beautifully.
Tamana and Tavneet, students of class 9th presented a beautiful poem on Navratri and the victory of lord Rama over Ravana and the victory of good over evil.
Two teachers of the school Brownia and Bhanu Priya spoke about the nine avtars of Mata Durga and Durga's victory over Mahishasura.
Academic Director IDPS Shuchita Gupta also guided the students that we should always speak the truth and told the students the history and rituals behind the celebration of Navratri festival and congratulated everyone on Navratri.
She also said that in the battle of right and wrong, right always wins and also guided the students that we should always speak the truth and should be straight in our opinion and thoughts. |
