SRINAGAR, Nov 4: In a petition filed by BOCA against the order of Special Tribunal whereby Special Tribunal allowed the petition filed by Ghulam Mohd Mir in terms of order dated 14.02.2019, the major violation compounded @ Rs 20/- per sq ft which amounts to Rs 19,920.
Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey after hearing both the sides, stayed the order passed by the Special Tribunal Srinagar and directed BOCA to ensure sealing of the house with the help of the Police and report compliance. SSP, Srinagar, is directed to provide assistance of the contingent of Police, required for ensuring such sealing. The house shall remain on the Superadnama with the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, who shall appoint the competent officer to take over the possession on sealing by making all the inventories of the moveable and immoveable property inside the house. -JNF |
