| Mayor tours to review ongoing development works | | |

JAMMU, Dec 7: Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation Chander Mohan Gupta along with others conducted tours to review the ongoing development works which was started by the Municipal Corporation. Mayor along with Surinder Choudhary councillor of ward no.29 and other prominent citizens of Rajpura Mangotrian visited Government High School Rajpura Mangotrian and distributed uniform shoes to the students of the school principal and other staff members of the school were also present and appreciated The mayor for this noble cause who in turn assured that this school will be developed as a model school in short period of time with all modern facilities.
Meanwhile in order to take review of ongoing development works in ward no.14 Mayor along with Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sushma Chouhan, Parmod Kapahi Councilor of ward no.14 also toured at new Mohinder Nagar near Indira Theatre Jammu and sort out the issues raised by some in habitants regarding construction of drain in the said locality and direction were issued by Mayor as well as Deputy Commissioner Jammu to the engineering wing, concerned contractor as well as other allied agencies to execute the development work of lanes and drains in this locality with quality material and upto the satisfaction of inhabitants of ward no.14. |
